The US Fish and Wildlife Service contacted us and asked us if we could design and build a fish tank that would allow them to transport live fish from one location to another. Their specifications were that the tank had to be 156"L X 72"W X 42"H, and it had to hold 2000 gallons of water or 1000 gallons of water per side if compartmentalized.
An all aluminum, double walled, aluminum framed design was custom made to their specifications. The particular design that they requested had all of the following:
- Latching Lids
- Sloped Floors
- Aerators
- Air Stones
- Electrical Control Box
- Oxygen Flow Meters
- Braided Stainless Steel Oxygen Lines
- Mounting System to Accommodate Their Truck Bed Designs

The tank was designed for the Green Lake National Fish Hatchery located in Ellsworth Maine. For more information contact Mike Penhallegon at (727)-547-6277.
